Meetings in a homely atmosphere

At this beautiful location, you can meet in peace in one of our 3 rooms. Also ideal for organising a training course or workshop. All meeting rooms are equipped with a beamer, screen, flipchart and so on. It is up to you to choose which set-up you want to see (U-shape, theatre form …).

Parking is provided at the Colruyt Group offices in Researchpark Haasrode. Prefer to come by public transport? No problem: the Academy is a 5-minute walk from the Haasrode Terumo stop (lines 4 and 630 from Leuven station).

Upon arrival, you can count on a warm welcome. We always have coffee, water and soft drinks ready for you. Would you like to order catering? Let us know and we will provide something tasty for your team.
