Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel offers an impressive array of 20 event and meeting spaces, including one of the largest ballrooms in the vicinity, capable of accommodating events for up to 750 guests. The meeting areas are strategically distributed across two floors: our atrium level and an elevated floor with boardrooms. Situated on the first level, the Atrium is exclusively dedicated to conferences and meetings, with the Atrium Level hosting the majority of our meeting attendees. This section of the hotel provides a variety of versatile meeting spaces, diverse breakout rooms, and a welcoming foyer for all your guests.

The Galaxy, our largest meeting room, spans 714 square meters of meeting space with a ceiling height of 3.8 meters. This conference hall is the most spacious in the hotel and can seat up to 450 guests for dinner and 750 individuals in a theater setting. If preferred, the Galaxy can be partitioned into three separate rooms and expanded to include two additional breakout rooms. The option to integrate the hotel’s Atrium adds an extra 782 square meters of meeting space.

Situated on the hotel’s top floor, Sheraton offers nine boardrooms with panoramic views overlooking the airport runways. These boardrooms can accommodate between 6 to 12 guests. The meeting rooms are fully equipped with ergonomic chairs, whiteboards, and a separate foyer.
