Meetings/conferences/events
Our meeting rooms are located in beautifully restored buildings which date back to the 13th-16th centuries. Our rooms have free wifi, air conditioning and all the audiovisual material you need. We offer you a completely bespoke service, aiming to please every guest. Do you need hotel rooms as well? Faculty Club closely works with the hotels in Leuven.
During your stay, you will be assisted by the Customer Delight Host. He offers you a warm welcome and will be very happy to answer all the questions you may have. We can also help you find a suitable teambuilding activity or incentive for you and your participants.
Faculty Club’s meeting facilities also include a true culinary treat, thanks to the collaboration with Michelin starred restaurant Arenberg. Every day, chef Pieter De Keyser prepares a delicious lunch menu for you and your guests to enjoy.
Faculty Club is ideally located along the E314 and E40 motorways, at 20 min. from the airport. As a guest, you can use the free parking.
