Dining & Catering
There are two restaurants: ‘Oleum’ inside the main building and ‘El Gazebo’ for outdoor summer dining. Oleum restaurant, our main restaurant, is defined by elegance. The restaurant offers a stylish and intimate environment featuring an original olive oil press that dates back to the 17th century, which although it is not in use, it’s in complete working order. The chef and his team prepares a selection of innovative Mallorcan dishes, applying modern techniques & locally sourced seasonal ingredients. The word “Oleum” is Latin for olive oil – considered to be the liquid gold of the Mediterranean.
The Gazebo is our informal restaurant. Open only during the summer months, it’s located near our pool and offers fantastic panoramic views of the Puigpunyent valley. At the Gazebo Restaurant you will enjoy a selection of fresh food from the local market, cooked together with other ingredients from our vegetable garden.
To celebrate unique and private parties in Majorca, there is a Treehouse: private dinner parties for up to 10 people can be hosted to an impressive panorama of the Puigpunyent village in the distance and mountains beyond.
