Our venue’s central location on the Groene Boulevard gives you a sense of city life and allows you to feel at home after visiting Hasselt. Accommodation is available in our newly renovated hotel.

LONGSTAY STUDIOS: Starting from December 2023, the hotel will be expanded with 6 studios and 1 penthouse studio.

At HASHOTEL, our guests are warmly welcomed and escorted to their rooms. Our hotel is a unique city hotel located in the center, close to museums, the Japanese garden, and other attractions. If you need assistance, we are happy to provide you with some tips. All rooms have been recently renovated and stylishly furnished. The hotel has a total of 49 rooms: 1 PENTHOUSE XXL, 3 penthouses with a view, 4 deluxe suites, 28 deluxe rooms, and 15 deluxe rooms with balconies, each with their own unique character. The penthouses offer a top roof experience, and the panoramic view will make you dream away. The other rooms are also timeless, hip, and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for your stay in Hasselt.

At Hashotel, you can choose the formula that suits you best. You can simply rent a space or combine it with lunch, dinner, or a reception. Our rooms are equipped with all the necessary technical facilities. With the click’share dongles, you can start your meeting right away. They are compatible with both Apple and Android devices. The 98-inch screen provides the right professional support for your presentation.

PLUS ONE – 32m2 – suitable for small groups of up to 14 people. During breaks, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Limburgplein from the outdoor terrace.

Extras: Accessible by elevator, breakout space in the lobby, terrace, lunch on the ground floor.

MINUS ONE – 90m2

This space features a patio and natural daylight, offering all the necessary comforts. There is a welcoming lounge, a cloakroom, a fully equipped bar, and a heated terrace exclusively at your disposal.

Exciting extras: Separate entrance, fireplace, accessible by elevator or stairs, DJ plug-in options, natural daylight.

The spacious hall on level -1 allows for various seating arrangements:

Block/U-shape: 24 people, Classroom style: 32 people, Cabaret style: 25 people, Theater setup: 60 people.

EVENTS IN MINUS ONE – Your event is our priority.

MINUS ONE – RECEPTION/PARTY for up to 100 people, PRIVATE DINNER for up to 60 people.

On level -1, you will find our stylish and modern event space, MINUS ONE. This versatile area is suitable for receptions, parties, private dinners, and more. The possibilities are endless, and we are here to make your event memorable.
