At HVN10, we seamlessly intertwine the warm hospitality of a bed & breakfast with professionally decorated guest accommodation, ensuring that your stay here will always be special.

Sustainability and ecology are at the heart of our concept. We have collaborated with local suppliers, reused materials and collected rainwater for an eco-friendly approach. Local products are an integral part of our philosophy.

Whether you are planning a single night, a weekend getaway, a midweek escape or a longer stay of six months, at HVN10 you will feel right at home.

Our location is ideal, with easy access via exit No 12 (Berendrecht) and No 13 (Stabroek) off the motorway, so you can get to us quickly. Enjoy breathtaking views of the port of Antwerp from our sunny terrace, and start your cycling adventure right at junction 94. The Kalmthoutse Heide is just 10 minutes away, which will delight mountain bikers and cycling enthusiasts alike.

Relax with a book in our lounge or enjoy a refreshing drink in the garden – these spaces are at your disposal. Moreover, we offer ample and free parking for all our guests.

Meeting facilities

Professional, discreet and surrounded by tranquillity

At HVN10, we have two meeting rooms that can also be hired for external events. Whether you are planning a job interview, teambuilding activity, board meeting or lecture, we welcome groups of 2 to 50 people.

Our rooms are adapted to your needs, are spacious and bathed in natural light. They offer direct access to the garden, allowing participants to relax during breaks. In addition, a smartboard and wifi are available for your use.

Of course, we can also organise corporate receptions, baby showers and birthday parties for you. Feel free to inquire about our attractive packages.

Food and drink

Our rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, so you can heat up meals if you like. If you prefer to eat out or have a cosy drink, we are happy to provide you with recommendations in the centre of Stabroek and the surrounding area.
