As the beating heart of Izegem, Het Blauwhuis is the location for any type of corporate event. In close cooperation with the preservation of monuments, Het Kasteel and Het Koetshuis were fully restored. This was done with an eye on sustainability by using the most innovative interventions. An air purification system, geothermal heat pumps, fully knx-controlled… are all assets that revitalise the location. The surrounding greenery provides the perfect complement. An oasis of peace and authenticity was revived.

Thanks to these assets, today we can lift any type of corporate event to a high level. The possibilities are endless and we are happy to consult with you about the perfect interpretation of your party. Blauwhuis collaborates with renowned caterers who are happy to fulfil your wishes. These can range from walking dinner, extensive reception to high quality dinner or surprising concepts.

At Blauwhuis Castle, we realise better than anyone that it’s all about the details. That’s why we like to brainstorm on how to fill the rooms. Highlighting your partners by highlighting banners? Play your promo video on our TV screens? Put your employees in the spotlight? Everything is possible to make it an unforgettable day.

We are happy to relieve you of all worries by passing on unique ideas and, above all, preparing everything so that on the day itself you only have to enjoy yourself. You can also come to us for excellent service, appropriate drinks and beautiful flowers for decoration.

How do we get started? A comprehensive tour is a must for us. All opportunities are explained and you can see your event come to life before it has even started. Diversity is a key word on our estate. Thanks to the different historical rooms in the castle, each new space can become a discovery for your guests. There is also a special contrast with Het Koetshuis, which is ultra-modern with a unique view of the castle. We like to create the best of both worlds by combining these two venues to create a high-quality experience.

The capacity of the estate is very diverse. We can accommodate groups of 50, but also groups of 1,500. For capacities above 400 guests, we like to work with tents placed in the courtyard, between the castle and the Coach House. A frame tent or stretch tent are always possible thanks to the park.

Furthermore, we offer a loft on the first floor in the castle. This can be used to prepare, place personal belongings and spend the night. If there is a desire for more rooms for guests, we cooperate with a local B&B within walking distance.

Parking is available for some 280 cars a short distance from the castle grounds. One should park in Firefighters’ Car Park P1 or Goods Car Park P2, both located in the Dirk Martenslaan. To offer your guests a full-vip experience, we often work with a VIP Car Service or golf carts to allow guests to arrive from the car park via the front.

Besides corporate parties, our venue is also available for meetings, seminars, lectures, product presentations, and so on.
