MeetDistrict offers fully serviced office, event and meeting spaces at four different locations in Berchem, Brussels, Diegem and Ghent.

We welcome our customers in carefully curated, inspiring and smart work environments, making sure customers/Members have everything to wish for in a productive workspace. All this enabled by our state-of-the-art MeetDistrict application that has been fully integrated into all of our locations helping you to enter the parking lot, order coffee or book our meeting facilities.

Work as you are

Your workspace in MeetDistrict Diegem? Enjoy a PrivateOffice where you can work together with up to +25 colleagues, or claim a spot in our SharedOffice. Do you prefer a bit of variation in your workspace? Then book a FlexSeat in the LoudDistrict or SilentDistrict, or work in the energetic SocialSpace. We make sure everything is taken care of, you just decide where your day unfolds and what it looks like.

Use one of our PhoneBooths or book a MeetBox when you have something to discuss in private. Standardly, our meeting rooms are equipped with a presentation screen, notebooks and pens, but if needed they can be upgraded with a range of extra facilities.

Organising an event? Then our BreakOut Rooms will be the perfect fit for up to 90 people. Organising something bigger? We are happy to discuss all possibilities with you.

If you ask us, an ideal work environment looks beautiful, is healthy, sustainable, efficient and fully centered around its users. Welcome in our corporate but open interior which has been fully integrated with the MeetDistrict application in order for our customers/Members to independently book and manage our facilities. We keep a close eye on the CO² levels and are equally critical about our material and supply choices, not to mention the velocity of our internet.

MeetDistrict Diegem is situated next to the second Brussels ring road and is just a short walk away from the Diegem train station and multiple bus stops. Don’t forget to take a peek out of the window, it’s Brussels Airport you see! Perfect for the seasoned business traveler.
