MeetDistrict serves as the perfect full-service office, event or meeting hub for anyone who enjoys being unburdened in their office facilitation.

We welcome our customers in Berchem, Brussels, Diegem and Ghent, where they enjoy a beautiful, inspiring and smart work environment which excels in service and all-round facilitation. All of our locations are fully integrated with the MeetDistrict application which supports all of our facilities, making sure you can access the parking lot, grab a coffee or book a meeting room.

Work as you are

Working in MeetDistrict Gent? Choose one of our PrivateOffices with space for 2 up to +30 people, or in our SharedOffice where you can take a seat at your own desk. Not in need of a fixed seat? Then book a FlexSeat in our LoudDistrict or SilentDistrict, or opt for a spot in our buzzing SocialSpace. Where your working day unfolds and what it looks like, is for you to decide. We make sure you have everything you need.

Hop into one of our PhoneBooths for a phone call or book a MeetBox for a meeting. Choose a room with or without presentation screen and ask which extra facilities we can give you to turn your meeting into a success.

When you have a bigger project or training scheduled, our BoardRoom, BreakOut Room or PitchArena might be the option to go for. These creative spaces can accommodate up to 80 people. Or for those who have even bigger plans, we gladly invite you to come over and discuss the possibilities of our Auditorium or MarketPlaces.

Our day-to-day schedule unfolds right where our customers are, so it’s not just our colleagues at the FrontDesk who pose themselves available for questions or feedback, the BackOffice team does too. Because that’s what a serviced workspace means, and we serve it with a big smile.

Smart & healthy workspaces

We believe in an ideal work environment that looks good, unburdens its users and is efficient and sustainable. MeetDistrict Gent is a corporate and ergonomic workspace, without making it any less inviting. We are constantly evaluating our material choices and are strict on our venues’ CO² values and internet velocity. Moreover, the integration of the MeetDistrict application enables our customers/Members to self-sufficiently book and manage our work and meeting facilities.

MeetDistrict Gent is situated next to the Ghent ring road and enjoys a direct bus connection to Gent-Sint-Pieters train station. We are located in the Ghelamco Arena, so our customers can enjoy their meetings with an amazing view over the KAA Gent football field.

Lunch? Next to our standard kitchen amenities our customers are treated to the luxury of an Albert Heijn right next door, or to several lunch options nearby. And Team MeetDistrict is naturally available as well to turn to for arranging lunch. Happy to help!
