At no less than four locations in Berchem, Brussels, Diegem and Ghent our customers enjoy a carefully designed, inspiring and intelligent work environment where service and facilitation are on point. All of our buildings make use of the integrated MeetDistrict application that supports you in all facilities imaginable, helping you access the parking lot, ordering coffee or booking a meeting room.

Work as you are

Working in MeetDistrict Brussels? You decide where and how! Whether it’s in one of our PrivateOffices for 2 up to +80 work spots, at an own desk in our SharedOffice, in one of our clean desk FlexSpaces or in our buzzing SocialSpace. We provide you with a fully facilitated work environment with plenty of variation.

Something to discuss? We have several PhoneBooths and a bunch of MeetBoxes for you to use. These meeting rooms are standardly equipped with a presentation screen and stationary, but can be upgraded with extra facilities to lift your meeting to a higher level.

Do you wish to organise an event or a training session? Then we recommend our BreakOut Rooms. These creative spaces can accommodate up to about 80 people. You have a bigger idea? Then we are happy to discuss further options.

We are right where are customers are, so we’re always available for feedback and questions. Because that’s the extension of offering serviced workspace, and we do so with a smile.

Welcome at the ideal work environment. We believe such spaces should look good, be sustainable and efficient and make sure its users are unburdened. Our modern, yet cosy Brussels location is built up in a sustainable fashion, has a strong internet connection, is constantly being monitored to make sure the CO² levels don’t go overboard and has been fully integrated with the MeetDistrict application to make sure our customers/Members can independently book all work and meeting facilities at hand.

MeetDistrict Brussels is located next to the Brussels small ring road, underground station Madou and several bus stops. In just fifteen minutes walking through the city centre you’ll find yourself at Brussels Central Station, which provides a lovely walk for urban lovers.
