For organising meetings, conferences and other activities, the Provincial House of Flemish Brabant has various reception and meeting rooms. The building, with its focus on architecture, accessibility, sustainability and integration of art, is located within walking distance of the railway station and thus close to Leuven city centre. There is (limited) parking underneath the building on level minus 2 or in the immediate vicinity (e.g. De Bond car park).

Our reception advisers are happy to answer all your questions and are at your side from the application to the day of the activity. All requests are answered correctly and within a reasonable time, you will receive a customer- and solution-oriented approach and you can reach them easily. Your needs are at the heart of our service! There are also our colleagues from the technical team who ensure a smooth start-up and the staff of our in-house caterer who you can contact for a tailor-made proposal. As you can see, our entire team strives to make your activity a success.

The meeting centre on the ground floor of the provincial government building comprises 3 large rooms (Auditorium, Provincial Council Room & Track 95), 2 coffee rooms, 9 smaller meeting rooms (for groups of 10 to 34 people) and 5 visitor rooms (for 2 – 8 people). Present: WIFI, projection facilities, laptop, possibilities for hybrid meetings,….

The auditorium can accommodate 220 audience members. The provincial council chamber with a semi-circle of 84 work tables has a maximum capacity of 120 people. Track 95, the multipurpose room, is good for 240 seats in theatre seating or 350 standing guests. Streaming from these rooms can be provided subject to cooperation with an external, technical partner.

On 30 April 2024, the province of Flemish Brabant expanded its meeting centre in the provincial government building. The former library and some offices on the first floor were converted into contemporary conference and meeting rooms with modern technical facilities. A new staircase in the entrance hall connects the existing ground-floor meeting centre with this new infrastructure.
