Looking for a great meeting or event location in the heart of Leuven?

Welcome to the Provincial House of Flemish Brabant! As soon as you enter through the ground floor entrance hall, you immediately walk into the spacious public corridor, where a whole series of well-equipped meeting rooms await you.

On the left side of the corridor you will find our largest rooms: the provincial council chamber, the auditorium and Spoor 95. On the right side are the smaller meeting rooms (for 10 to 34 people), together with the catering corners and the visitor rooms.

The auditorium can accommodate 220 people, the provincial council chamber has a semi-circular layout with 84 work tables and is suitable for max. 120 participants. Spoor 95 is a large, flexible space with 240 seats in a theatre layout or up to 350 people standing. Streaming your event? That is possible, in collaboration with an external partner.

There is also a separate press room (max. 35 people), ideal for press conferences and briefings. And for those who want something smaller: Klein Rijsel is perfect for breakfast or lunch meetings with a group of up to 20 people.

New since April 2024: the conference centre has been expanded! The old library and offices on the first floor have been transformed into modern meeting and conference rooms. A new staircase in the entrance hall provides easy access to the new spaces: two classrooms, a modern audition room, the stylish Vanhumbeek-Piron room and the multipurpose space Spoor 24.

Our provincial government building is within walking distance of the station and the centre of Leuven. There is limited parking space under the building and in the area, for example in the De Bond car park.

You are also in good hands in terms of catering: our in-house caterer provides tasty and affordable formulas tailored to your meeting.
