Prullenbos

Prullenbos is a beautiful nature reserve in the municipality of Wetteren, located in the province of East Flanders, Belgium.

The Prullenbos is an ideal place for business activities focusing on nature, atmosphere and creativity. We have 2 locations for activities. On the one hand we have a group accommodation with multipurpose (meeting) rooms called De Boskabanne and on the other hand we also have an inn where various events can be held.

De Boskabanne offers space for all kinds of occasions, from meetings and teambuildings to receptions and staff parties with possible overnight stays. The charming building is located in the middle of the forest on an idyllic pond. It offers sleeping accommodation for up to 36 people across 7 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well as seating area. In addition to the spacious dining room, which can accommodate up to 30 people, there is a 2nd multipurpose room with room for up to 100 people in theatre-style seating. A sound system, beamer, projection screen, presentation TV, chalkboard and flipchart are also available.

Rental rates depend on the chosen formula and various catering options are available throughout the day.

We also offer a wide range of activities, ranging from archery tag to highland games, who’s the mole, a fencing session, axe throwing,… We will be happy to help you find the teambuilding or activity of your choice.

It is also possible to organise a staff party at our inn. This is possible from 45 people on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Friday and Saturday are possible from 80 persons.

The inn has an area of 120m² and can accommodate a maximum of 70 people sitting and 120 people standing.

There is also a 150m² stretch tent (available between 1 April and 31 October) available that can accommodate 100 people and a circus tent suitable for 50 people.

In total, the inn, stretch tent and circus tent can accommodate 220 people seated. All furniture is included in the rental price.

In terms of catering, various formulas are possible, from reception with snacks to BBQ, to a walking dinner, sharing dinner or a party with street food stalls.

The inn also has a sound system so that a sparkling dance party can also take place.

Parking is provided for up to 150 cars.
