PXL-NeXT, the centre for lifelong learning, meetings and events in Hasselt. 

With a wide range of party & event venues, meeting & conference rooms, auditoriums, expo & trade fair spaces, foyers and a centre for digital learning, we offer a multifunctional infrastructure that can accommodate all your types of business events.

At PXL-Next: everything you need under one roof and with its numerous configuration and combination possibilities; here you can use your creativity to the full when organising seminars, workshops, brainstormings, product launches, kick-offs, congresses, press conferences and teambuildings. All state-of-the-art didactic equipment such as clickshare projection, logitec cameras, pointers, digital flipcharts, laptops, large projection screens, beamers, etc. are also available.

PXL-NeXT is also the right partner for the organisation of events and parties.

Parties such as corporate events for up to 1500 participants can be hosted in our PXL-NeXT building on the ground floor, which is equipped with a large 300 m2 duplex restaurant, an impressive 530 m2 inner street and a 224 m2 lounge bar.  This multi-functional infrastructure also makes it ideal for parties, receptions, walking dinners, etc. between 20 and 500 people.

For events and parties for up to 150 people, we also have our “Pavilion” with adjacent terrace and lawn available. An extension with a tent structure is also possible here.

You can hire our accommodation privately and external recognised caterers can also use our facilities.

The Dialogue – meetings, brainstorming or a private dinner in complete intimacy with rooftop bar

On the 12th floor of the new Xior building, we offer a high-end exclusive meeting venue for up to 24 participants. The Dialogue is equipped with 2 inspiring rooms where you can meet, lunch, dine in one space and in the adjacent stylish lounge bar you can organise networking and receptions for up to 50 people. The Dialoog offers you a high-quality culinary experience, coupled with Limburg hospitality and you will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire region.

Would you like to organise a hybrid event?

Here too, PXL-NeXt can fully support you. Our Pacioli meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 300 people, is equipped with the necessary control infrastructure for organising hybrid events. In addition, we also have a mobile control system that can be installed in your desired room. Your meeting and event can be streamed live for participants following from a remote location.  After the event, we provide you with a professional aftermovie of your presentations.

Professional support and service

Our event manager and event planners follow up each event from A to Z, thinking about the right concept and working out a tailor-made package for you. They choose optimal partners and provide the necessary dose of creativity. The operational development of your event is in the hands of our experienced logistics staff, who are also responsible for projection, sound and lighting. They support you from the beginning to the end of the event. The PXL-NeXt team relieves you completely as an organiser and your guests enjoy an unforgettable experience.

PXL-Catering: Healthy & Trendy

PXL-Catering received a GaUlt&Millau award in 2018 for its healthy cuisine.  By using creative concepts in which quality, surprise and experience play an important role, our guests experience an inspiring and memorable culinary experience. The catering concepts are very varied ranging from street food, themed buffets, walking dinners to fine dining menus.

All “Location Trumps”: University College PXL campus

Our PXL-Next headquarters is located on the campus of Hogeschool PXL and has recently been extended with a contemporary training centre on the “Corda Campus” Hasselt.

On the PXL campus, you can park carefree in the PXL-Next car park, which is exclusively reserved for our visitors.  In addition, we are quietly located in the green surroundings of the Demer and Kapermolen parks and within walking distance of the centre of Hasselt.  Ideal to combine with a teambuilding or socio-cultural activity.
