In 1991, Stanhope Hotel, located in the centre of Brussels, was inaugurated first 5-Star hotel in Belgium.  From the delightful bright lounge, with its Library Bar, over the Brighton restaurant to the picturesque interior garden with ivy-clad walls, everything is breathing elegance and charm. After 12 years, an extensive renovation and enlargment of the property has been established, counting today 125 Standard or Classic and Superior rooms, Suites and Apartments, as well as extensive conference facilities.

Meeting Facilities

The Stanhope Hotel offers brand new facilities for any type of conference or event in Brussels. The hotel offers 9 conference and meeting rooms in total of 880m². All rooms have daylight, air-conditioning, and basic technical equipment.

Conference Facilities

Our largest conference room is the Balmoral Room that is able to hold up 300 persons in theatre style and 250 persons in classroom style. This room can be divided into 3 smaller rooms, which makes it the ideal venue for gala dinners, conferences, weddings, cocktails, etc. The Stanhope also has 6 boardrooms which are perfect for smaller meetings for up to 30 people. These rooms can also be used for private lunches or dinners.

Event Facilities

Whether you are planning on organizing a private lunch or dinner, a cocktail party, a press conference, a product presentation, a fashion show, wedding or any other event, we would be delighted to organize it in your name. Whatever the size of your event, we would be honored to transform your challenge into a success. For outdoor events we can offer the use of our Magnolia Garden or the Ambassadors Terrace.
