W-box
W-box is in fact a ‘black box’ space with a surface area of 574 m2 that was fully equipped as a multifunctional hall. This multifunctionality of the hall in particular proved to be a major asset. The room is equipped with standard furniture, large screen, wireless micros sound system, … But any organiser who rents the room is free to determine the layout himself.
For a theatre-style meeting/conference, the hall can accommodate around 50- 500 people. However, it is also perfectly suited to a walking dinner or sit-down dinner for up to 300 people or a standing reception, …

Multifunctional hall
Business events can range from conferences to small fairs to staff meetings.
Besides stylish business events, W-Box can also host family parties, weddings, baby showers, etc.

Catering and organisation
W-box guarantees excellent service. We have a few standard formulas for the use of the rooms and catering, but will be happy to work out a proposal based on your needs.
